“I am excited to take on this role and build on the strong foundations that Paul Steventon and the team here have created. In six years we have gone from a brand new company to a fully functional design consultancy that has delivered numerous successful OLE projects. I am proud to have been part of this success story and look forward to taking the company to the next level in-conjunction with our parent company Keltbray Rail. WHRS are in an excellent position where we can offer the client both a design service and through Keltbray, the construction side as well. “
